JRSC Express - Customer Service - Print, Pack, and Ship
Jamestown, NY · Part Time or Full Time · Pay Range: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
This role blends customer-facing service with hands-on print and shipping tasks in our JRSC Express workflow. We are always open to strong candidates who can stay organized, friendly, and accurate in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with shipping and print service needs.
- Pack, label, and process shipments with careful handling standards.
- Operate counter print and finishing equipment for quick-turn jobs.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate order details.
- Keep front-of-house and equipment areas clean and well stocked.
Qualifications
- Strong customer communication and service mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain speed without losing accuracy.
- Comfort with POS systems, basic computers, and shipping workflows.
- Ability to lift packages and stay active through shifts.
- Prior retail, shipping, or print experience is helpful.
