Printing/Production Operations Assistant
Jamestown, NY · Part Time or Full Time · Pay Range: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
This role supports day-to-day production across print, finishing, signage, apparel decoration, and fulfillment. We are always open to strong candidates who are organized, reliable, and eager to learn multiple production workflows.
Responsibilities
- Assist with digital printing setup, operation, and output quality checks.
- Support finishing tasks including cutting, binding, laminating, and packaging.
- Help with sign, apparel, and engraving production as needed.
- Maintain clean work areas and follow safety procedures.
- Coordinate with team members to keep jobs moving on schedule.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and dependable follow-through.
- Ability to manage physical, hands-on work throughout the day.
- Comfort with measurements and production accuracy.
- Basic computer familiarity; production software experience is a plus.
- Printing or production experience preferred, but training is available.
