JRSC Express - Customer Service - Print, Pack, and Ship

We are a fast-paced, growing print company looking for a self-motivated individual.

This full-time position is responsible for completing all incoming shipments and on demand print jobs in a timely manner while cultivating a great customer relationship and experience as well as to assist in other parts of the business if/when needed.

 

This job will consist of working directly with our customers along with hands-on production; working with various printing/assembly equipment on a daily basis.

 

 

 

Knowledge, Skill, and Ability:

- Understand/follow directions to meet deadlines

- Effective communication with Sales and Production teams

- Detail-oriented with a professional attitude

- Learn and retain new skills quickly

- Experience with production of at least some of the products we make.

- Basic computer skills (Adobe Creative Suite)

- Ability to use a ruler as well as work with measurements in fractions, decimals, and metric

 

Job Tasks:

-Greeting and engaging customers when they enter the store

-Demonstrate consultative behaviors in a retail environment to understand each customers individualized need

-Provide customer expertise in printing, packing and shipping and can recommended the appropriate product or service option

-Pack and Ship unique and fragile items of all shapes and sizes

 -Assemble parcels and prepares good for shipping by bubble wrapping items, inserting

items into shipping boxes, weighing packages, and affixing labels to shipments

-Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change

-Operate printing, binding, and other related equipment

-Continuously practice good listening skills with customers, team members, and leadership

-Take action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends

-Clean, repair, and stock all retail center printing and shipping equipment and supplies

-Able to effectively prioritize and manage tasks and timelines to meet the customer's needs

-Exceed customer expectations
