JRSC Express - Customer Service - Print, Pack, and Ship

Pay Range: $20,000 - $90,000

We are a fast-paced, growing print company looking for a self-motivated individual.
This position is responsible for completing all incoming shipments and on demand print jobs in a timely manner while cultivating a great customer relationship and experience as well as to assist in other parts of the business if/when needed. This job will consist of working directly with our customers along with hands-on production; working with various printing/assembly equipment on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and engaging customers when they enter the store
- Demonstrate consultative behaviors in a retail environment to understand each customers individualized need
- Provide customer expertise in printing, packing and shipping and can recommended the appropriate product or service option
- Pack and Ship unique and fragile items of all shapes and sizes
- Assemble parcels and prepares good for shipping by bubble wrapping items, inserting items into shipping boxes, weighing packages, and affixing labels to shipments
- Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change
- Operate printing, binding, and other related equipment
- Continuously practice good listening skills with customers, team members, and leadership
- Take action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
- Clean, repair, and stock all retail center printing and shipping equipment and supplies
- Able to effectively prioritize and manage tasks and timelines to meet the customer's needs
- Exceed customer expectations
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with design software are advantageous but not required.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderately heavy objects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to use a ruler.
- Familiarity with working with measurements in fractions, decimals, and metric units.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a strong work ethic.
