How to get the most accurate quote

 

1.   Quantity is important. Almost every every product we offer is priced based on quantity. If you don't know the quantity put an estimated quantity range. Otherwise we don't know whether to quote 10 or 10,000

 

2.   Provide as much detail as possible. If you know specific material and print specs please include those. If not describe what you are looking for and we will make a recommendation.

 

3.   If your project has specific time restrictions or deadlines please mention those. Some options take longer than others and we will know what to recommend based on when you need the project complete

 

4.   Although listing your budget isn't required it is recommended. Some people think including a budget will cause us to quote higher. That isn't the case, we price everything using formulas. A budget allows us to quickly assess you needs to see what is doable. If your budget is $50 but we know what you are looking for is going to cost at least $500 we can tell you right away instead of going back and forth with questions to get you an exact quote that is way out of budget.

 

5.   If you have a specific use for a product or are going to display a product a certain way please let us know. We have lots of experience with what works well for certain situations. We don't want you buying something that isn't going to work for your situation.

 

6.   If you have an art file please include it even if it is just a draft please attach it. We can determine a lot of specs just by looking at the art.

 

7.   If you have any pictures or samples please attach them. Remember a picture is worth a thousand words.
